Xaha Villas Suites & Golf Resort - Chacalal

Staying here was good! We indulged in a family stay, with fine views during our golf course rides. The staff was so accommodating, especially Ana, who suggested a trip to the nearby beach. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure!

My kids wished the pool area had more activities.

Stayed here for 3 nights and greatly enjoyed my choice. The rooms turned out to be elegant and absolutely brilliant with amazing view and good breakfast, for example. The location of the property was beautiful, to the Xcaret parks. Everything was great, I recommend.

Especially Raul and Mirta, provided really good service. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful room added to my overall enjoyment. Truly a good experience!

Staying at Xaha Villas was fantastic. Especially Gerardo. The nothing noisy added to the charm. The pool area was cute, and overall cleanliness stood out. Finding the place was challenging. The signage was poor, and we struggled for over an hour to locate the entrance. Accessing the building needed improvement, as we were left waiting for check-in. Once inside, everything turned around-our Presidential Suite was well-appointed, but we faced a language barrier at check-in. The service was really good, especially the daily room cleaning that kept everything fresh.

Family with children paradise

One night at this place was very nice! Gerardo was a lifesaver even on his day off, helped us with everything we needed, just an A++ experience! And the pool? So cute! We loved it!

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was worth every penny.

The villa was fine, with beautiful grounds that was just like a retreat. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly. Breakfasts prepared by the daily chef were a highlight, especially the delicious steaks. The signage around the hotel was insufficient was good, and the check-in process could use some improvement for clarity. While the tranquility was a plus, a few activities for families in the pool area would enhance the experience.

This was just an optimal selection for spending a night in Chacalal with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we felt right at home. Bring cash for the deposit, as they only accept cash and no card alternatives.

The room was super clean and spacious! The daily chef whipped up the best breakfasts (the fresh fruit was a highlight!). Everyone was friendly, especially Leandro who was really helpful.
